Welcome to our third bonus episode of the summer on one of our Marigold Force Essentials: Clear & Healthy Boundaries.

At the Marigold Force, we always come back to Boundaries. We believe that you can’t be a strong, vital Marigold, educator, or human being without super resilient boundaries. It means putting yourself first so that you can show up fully for yourself and others. You cannot pour from an empty cup! Clear & Healthy Boundaries help keep your cup full!

The basic definition of a boundary that we always come back to is: Here is what I can do. Here is what I can’t do. You want to start with that easy-to-remember phrase of “Here’s what I can do” and “Here’s what I can’t do” AND you also want to connect it to your personal why. You always want to know your personal why. It is impossible to communicate your boundaries unless you understand why you need them.

Jessie & Joel here, you're new #1 fans.

We are so much more than “just teachers.” Joel is a personal development mastermind, self-care guru, push up machine, skilled ballet dancer, and Kombucha connoisseur. I’m a systems-minded queen, Excel nerd, aspiring handstand professional, travel enthusiast, and a cat mama.

“Teacher” is just one of our many hats, and I bet you have a few more hats too!

Joel and I want to show you how to get a solid grip on your teaching gig, so you can give your best energy to whatever matters most to you.
