If I hear one more person (myself included) say “Maybe you just need to be a little more gentle on yourself.” I am going to lose it. I suck at gentleness. Maybe you’re like me and you know that gentleness with yourself and others is so important, but it’s been a struggle lately, I’ve got the episode for you. By doing this one little shift, I have been rocking at being more gentle.

I’ve been working on the whole gentleness thing officially for nine years. I will share with you what I am doing now to make it stick.

Here’s what we’re getting into:

  • What I’ve realized about gentleness
  • What one little shift I’ve made to make gentleness towards myself actually doable and fun
  • Why it was so important for me to stop sucking so much at gentleness (and feeling bad about sucking so much!)

If you struggle to be gentle with yourself and are unsure what to do to make gentleness actually happen, you need to listen to this episode. Let’s do it!
